FOI appeal to court final and binding in Manitoba

On August 27th the Court of Appeal of Manitoba held appeal determinations made by the Court of Queen’s Bench under section 67 of the Manitoba Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act are final and binding, with no further right of appeal.
