Data breach due diligence

I spoke at our annual pension and benefit conference this morning on the role of the company medical advisor and data breach due diligence. The latter issue is as topical as ever, and I was happy to drive home the message that managing the personal habits and attitudes of employees is critical to a complete due diligence program.
